Bobby Troupe (sic) and Julie London, husband and wife who co-star on NBC’s “Emergency,” make quite a musical team. A song writer, he composed the hit tune “Daddy” before he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. Her recording of “Cry Me A  River” has become a classic.
